Transportation
Millburn Township is easily accessible via the Mid-Town Direct train line, NJ Transit, Garden State Parkway, NJ Turnpike and Routes 24 and 78. Residents are just a 20-minute drive from Newark Liberty Airport, one of the country’s most active air-travel hubs. New Jersey Transit’s Mid-Town Direct Train Line makes Millburn a commuter hotspot with the typical commute to New York City taking approximately 35 minutes. Enjoy this service from either the Millburn or Short Hills train station, both located in the center of each town. Those traveling to Hoboken or New York City’s financial district can take advantage of the PATH trains, bus or ferry. Parking lots are offered to Millburn/Short Hills residents while the Millburn train station offers complimentary valet parking.
